At Wilderness Well, every person's story is sacred. Every experience is honored. Together, we pay attention to the Spirit, learning from one another, reflecting what is beautiful, and gently peeling back the layers that hinder. We question. We doubt. We grieve. We struggle. We heal. We celebrate. Together we are transformed into what is new and true.
Spiritual Companionship
Spiritual Companionship gives you a quiet place to discover your deepest, truest voice, while also listening together for the wisdom and guidance of the Divine.
Our one-on-one sessions bring healing and empowerment through a gentle yet restorative environment so you can listen, question and grow. Our experienced companions bring contemplative practices, inner-healing prayer, and trained care, depending on your unique needs. Sessions run from 1 to 1.5 hours.
Online Spiritual Journey
Periodically, we launch online spiritual journeys, allowing people from wherever they are to pause from the noise and opinions to hear their own voice, the questions of others, and the whispers of the Divine.
Through a monthly large group gathering and then a second monthly smaller spiritual companion circle with trained spiritual facilitators, this transformational community will grow together in their understanding of themselves, each other, the Creator and the world they are called to love.
The current online community that began in September 2025 is full. However, please let us know of your interest so that we can begin creating a new online community as needed.

One-Day "Un" Retreats Coming in 2026
Are you seeking simple opportunities to unwind, unplug and untangle from busy-ness and demands to remember and reconnect with the unseen?
Wilderness Well will offer periodic one-day retreats called "The Un-Series." We'll offer centering practices, conversations and quiet reflections. Come for one retreat or for all.
